Dairy is 100% a trigger for acne (speaking as someone who is currently clearing their cystic acne naturally). I also try to stay away from caffeine as it can trigger acne as well. Hope this helps!🫶🏼

When did you have your last blood test? Maybe you have anemia or maybe your hemoglobin level is too low. It has nothing to do with the acne, but your lips look very pale. I hope I'm wrong and you're healthy! 😊
