I just quit carnivore (5 months on) because I couldn't find anyone to explain basically what happens to all the fat I was eating...where does it go?? Does it go to the arteries? So this video was very helpful. Thank you

What is the fate of fructose in fruits? Is it converted to fat in the liver? And does the inclusion of fruit increase insulin requirements over time?

So why there aren't any 600bls people on keto or carnivore diet? It seems the longer the low fat diet been around we see more obesity?

Thank you for this presentation. I have been prediabetic for over ten years and have kept myself there by being as vegetarian as I can. What amuses me are all of the "Keto-Cardio" explanations about how intensive meat eating works. I listen to their biochemical explanations, which sound very similar to Dr. Klaper's. What I need to do is a side by side comparison. I know my chemistry and the Cardio people's chemistry just does not sound right.

Where are the studies indicating that we have the "same" digestive system as a gorilla ? Didn't meat" play a major role in the development of the human brain ? I am truly curious and don't wish to criticise the WFPB way of life, I am a vegetarian myself.

Thank you for this explanation! But why then Japanese people, who consume huge amounts of fish, including fatty varieties, have such a high life expectancy?

What prevents a person from recovering their insulin sensitivity even after returning to a normal weight and healthy diet? Is there some sort of permanent damage?

How can you compare eating avocados to burgers? Please make the proper distinctions between healthy fats and saturated fats.

When I donated plasma they would warn us to not eat a greasy fat meal like fried chicken or pizza the night before because it would cloud up the plasma considerably ( we could see it! ) and they could refuse to pay us if it became a pattern of behavior.

More confusing information.
Why does Dr Brooke Goldner say you can eat unlimited avocado, she says that this " fat "theory is untrue .
Also why recommend intermittent fasting if you are a "carbohydrate burner?" Seems to me that there is no point to skip meals if your eating correctly.

In my humble opinion, I don't believe you.I feel better eating meat, lots of butter, etc. Tried eating mostly plant based in the 80s, felt terrible, and got sick more often.
