Experience my journey on an Air Vistara flight from the sunny shores of Trivandrum to the bustling city of Mumbai.

After arriving at the airport early, I skipped the healthy snacks and boarded my flight, scoring the coveted emergency row seats for extra legroom. As we soared through the skies, the views were stunning, and the bathroom was impressively clean.

For lunch, I boldly requested two meals and was not disappointed. Despite an initial bun mishap, the flavorful aloo palak and masaledar malwani chicken made up for it. The veg meal featured perfectly cooked dal makhani and delicious vegetables.

The meal concluded with a delectable dessert that left me in awe just before we touched down in Mumbai.
