Just so people are clear, there is no such thing as a separate charge carrying electron particle that can detach itself from the EM field and wonder off changing the charges of other fields, that was a completely invented concept by particle physicists who believe in particles and not fields because they have to reduce everything down to an imaginary particle so they can count it and crunch those numbers in their computer models. If you look up JJ Thompson's original definition of an electron it goes like this, "A electron is the terminal end of one unit of dielectric induction. Electrons as distinct separate entities don't really exist, they are merely bumps on something we call a field." JJ Thompson was the field theorists who was attributed to the discovery of both the hydrogen atom and the electron. If you look up current definitions of what an electron is, they claim it's a separate charge carrying particle, which is false. There are no sub atomic particles called electrons, there is only a electro-magnetic field that surrounds the nucleus of the hydrogen atom in which the nucleus creates. The EM field itself does have a bumpy surface, yes, but that doesn't imply it's comprised of smaller sub atomic particles whizzing around the nucleus, but particle physicists ran with that idea because it suits their particle theories of everything being reduced down to a particle.
