GTA4 no longer has an atmosphere. The mod makes the graphics beautiful, but it looks as dull as all modern games in which they do not differ in anything from realistic graphics.

Graphically it looks incredible. Apart from the overused ray tracing that starts to look like glass or constant wetness like the roads. This needs to be cut out or cut back severely.
