I am so ready for dbs to come back! I really want the Moro arc to be animated in this style because it would be legendary plus it would probably make drawing Moro easier and possibly keep his goat face when he becomes Moro 73

The dbz guys still have the best fights art and graphics in my opinion. When it's done right. Like in dbs broly. But I like shintani art too and animation is awesome

Shintani's style is really how I imagine Dragon Ball looking animated whenever I read the original manga. The original anime is really cool but honestly only DBS Broly gave me that sense that I'm watching the manga but animated, probably because it's way more fluid, dynamic and colorful than the 90's animation, giving it more that sense that you aren't just watching drawings in motion but actually seeing what Toriyama envisioned in his mind and dreams when making the drawings. Even while being a masterpiece I feel that even then the technology at the time just didn't do the series justice. I can only imagine what we could've seen back then if they had this tech and animation techniques at the time.

This wasn't for Toei's 60th anniversary. It was made for the 60th anniversary of the Annecy Animation Film Festival, hence the "Annecy 60" at the end. And besides, Toei is well over 60 years old.
