S Y N O P S I S
Given diplomatic orders by the Grand Council, Vegeta, now king of the Saiyans, sets out on an interstellar assassination mission.

For his life, all his training has led to this. Now, Son Goku will learn the true meaning of the title, "LEGEND."

I love those parts where Vegeta loses his transformation but recovers it in the middle of the fight. It's so smooth and shows how well trained is this Vegeta. That never happens in the anime.

I absolutely need a sequel to this with the reimagined fight against Frieza. This alternate universe slaps so fucking hard.

Not sure if someone already mentioned it and maybe it’s just a coincidence but at 6:13 if you pause, you can see the Japanese character in kanji “天” which in Japanese means “Heavens/Sky”. Such a minute detail but insanely creative

I like the nice detail that Chi Chi doesn’t actually give a name in the Tournament. Small things such as this truly make you realise how much of a love letter this was to the Dragon Ball community.

I cannot begin to describe how much I love the detail of Vegeta flickering in and out of Super Saiyan whenever he takes a big hit. Easily my favorite detail in the film.

6:17 This is probably overlooked but whenever the lightning strikes, Goku and Vegeta's hair, for a split second, emits the color of Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego respectively. That was honestly cool.

Toriyama, even in all these years and after your end. You still made people like this who watch you shows like this as kids, grow up to have talent like this. Sleep well buddy.

Feels surreal coming back here after his passing. To appreciate the legacy Mr Toriyama left behind for us.

I hope he truly understands how far and wide his passion for anime reached.

My art assignments were mostly driven by DBZ. I'd run home from school to catch every episode.

The credits were an excellent gesture of gratitude.

I would pay real money for this to be made into a series. Honestly, this is the best Dragon Ball fan film I have ever seen. When Goku became Sun Wukong, I got chills.

Every once in a while I come back and watch this for what im sure is the sane reason so many people do. I hope you all know how much fans of the series appreciate this. The animation, voice acting and story are all incredibly well done. Thank you so much for making this.
