I really wish they would go back to a more serious type of Olympics game again. Athens 2004 and London 2012 were amazing.

I don't like how arcade it is, I like London 2012 because it feels like you are actually doing the events, not just a watered down version of it

Funnily enough, the best Olympics game I've played was Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games on the Wii. It was definitely more arcadey, but the controls were pretty fluid, and it was great how all the characters had hidden depths (like how Mario is a well-rounded character, whereas Bowser is all about power).

There’s definitely a gap in the market for a more serious athletics/olympics game, I loved track and field growing up and the old Olympic Games, with online capabilities nowadays something like a 40 player battle royale style elimination (fall guys like) would be amazing alongside the traditional game modes

I think London 2012 looked and felt realistic where as the others look more cartoon/game like. I wish whoever made London 2012 will do it again but have more sports or something. Have more gymnastics instead of just Vault and Trampolining. Please bring back the game for more sidemen as I think it would fun. I always go back and watch the videos from when you all played it and enjoy it every time.
