CORIAN TOP, SOLID SURFACE, EDGE GLUING

Here is the way of gluing the edge to the solid surface corian tops works good for straight tops with small radius.
Two 45 degree cuts, jointed in 90 degree angle, with very little glue, and don't need to use double planks to get proper thickness

Are those joined surfaces straight from the table-saw, or is there other prep involved? Any particular blade specs to use?

Wrong. Tape the entire seam with one piece of tape along the seam. Opening the v groove after you close it will give you air trapped in the seam and create voids.

Yes that's nice, very cheap and can't do a bull nose on it. That edge is weak and it is a lot cheaper to build it that way. But I'll never give someone a top like that. Mine all have th standard 2.25" solid surface straps on all the finished edges. My goodness I wish I could get away with that my clientele would go what's that? I'm not accepting that.
