Those high processed foods are (literally) killing us softly. Since April, I've stopped purchasing any frozen meals, stopped packaged foods like rices/noodles, no prepared salads from the deli, and...well, you get the picture. Whole Foods only! Portion control, and no bottled supplements. I feel the difference in my body completely. It didn't come overnight, but - you will feel better and in good spirits as well. ❤
