I have been diagnosed with migraines for a few years now (and suffered with them for several years before). I have migraines that come on spur of the moment, but other times I can feel my body reacting hours or days leading up to an actual migraine. I’m currently experiencing the latter. It always fascinates me when I watch asmr videos that cause tingles where I can feel oncoming migraine symptoms (ie my head or neck). They seem to provide a moment of relief from the oncoming migraine. Thank you for the asmr tingles from this video🙏🏻

1:46 the rubber fingertips were a really cool trigger (when they're all bunched up they look like little tiny shields protecting only your fingertips) The white and blue light give the video a little bit of a sci-fi vibe, like I wandered into a strange doctors office. Lovely ASMR as always!!!💜💜💜
