my favorite triggers are bright light and following instructions specifically when it involves the eyes (especially when the light passes by over my closed eyes *chef’s kiss*), so this combination in one video made me so, so, so happy!

It's incredible that in 2 years ASMR has become the one reliable source of relief for me, the one sedative that knocks me unconscious long enough for my battery to recharge.
You for example, Abby. You are regularly a massage therapist who uses an effortless type of telepathy to smooth the anxious kinks out of my id. Letting you control my mind is second nature by now, I just do whatever you say and you just herd my senses wherever they need to go. You're also very gentle when you do it, and when you're done you wrap me in a blanket and turn off the light. I hope that makes sense.
