On the one minute chart, the VIX spiked up with about 1.5 points for 3 minuttes and then crashing down right away - 'bug?' or a giant financial institution recalibrating their options positions?

Bought some groceries this weekend and was appalled at the prices. I was a small child in the early 1980's and I thought my parents were super poor. I had no idea they had been crushed by inflation and that is why we didn't have enough food to eat. Inflation is horrible. The suffering of those in the middle and lower class is very concerning.

Discovered this channel a few weeks ago and I am blown away by the quality content and analysis. I especially like the TA segment, but the educational (and entertainment) value of the other commentary is superb. I like how your TA includes intermarket analysis and covers multiple timeframes: yields, oil, rates, dollar and the key ETFs (SPY, QQQ, IWM) as well as key stocks (AAPL, TSLA, etc). Not sure if you ever include sector ETFs in the TA, but that would be nice too. Thanks Mav!
