1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 t. Salt
1 t. Pepper
1 t. celery seed
1 t. onion powder
1 t. poultry seasoning
1 T. garlic powder
1 t. smoked paprika
1/3 c. + 1 T. oil
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 t. minced garlic
1 medium onion sliced

Ms Lori I just had to tell you this I made your Potato Soup for Supper Tonight. My 5 yr old granddaughter was here and she had never had it before. She tasted it and you would have thought I had given her the world. She said that's the best Potato soup I ever had. Thank you so much for making that soup for me. Lol I didn't make it for her. She told me she never had it before and she didn't think she would like it! But I got many hugs and thank yous for making her Potato Soup. My mom used to make this but she called it Chicken Fricassee. We were all so impressed she knew French cooking. It was one of my favorite dishes, served with mashed potatoes, buttered bread and cooked garden greens. Thanks for the memories and recipe. Perfect on a cold day. Your recipes are so good and I think I will be making this soon.🥰💕❤️👍

I love watching you, you are so much like my Mom the way you cook the way you talk so soft spoken that was my Mom I miss her so much I lost her to cancer in 2013 I lost my Dad at the age of 4 so my Mom was all I had she never remarried she was a hard worker on the farm like you and Mr Brown, never complained about nothing the Lord help her though everything as he does me thank you for be so sweet God bless you and Mr Brown 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I love you both

I have never seen this made from scratch until I saw this video. I love it, Miss Lori. I was taught the easy no muss, no fuss recipe from up North here. We do brown Our Chicken and/or Pork Chops and throw in 1-2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup. It is very good but it is nice to learn how to make the “Real Deal.” Thank You. I am 55 years old. You can teach this old dog a new trick. LOL!!! This looked Delicious. Again, Thank You, Miss Lori.
