Its a shame hardly anyone has heard of the Ghanaian legend Osei Kofi. He played in the 60s and was said to be Africa's answer to George Best and sadly never got to showcase his talents in Europe or the global stage.

Etoo is the best African football player of all time. There should be no debate about this. No African player in the whole continent of africa, past or present can achieve what Samuel Etoo has achieved. The ballon d or is just a popularity contest. Etoo deserved that award in 2006 and even to 2010. The fact that luka modric can win it, tells me that. The ballon d Or is just a popularity contest, it is about favoritism, about who the higher ups like more. Even jose mourinho said he still does not understand why etoo never received that award. He even said etoo should have won that award, seeing all the great things he did on the football world, for country and clubs, with different world class clubs doing the impossible. Making the impossible possible. I understand that george weah has won the ballon d or and some other fifa awards. people need to understand that etoo and george weah played in different times. etoo played in a time when football had more world class players, he played in a tougher era. George Weah learned how to play football in Cameroon, he played for a Club in Yaounde. Mention Etoo 's name everywhere around the world, and even grandmothers and grandfathers and kids will know who he is, mention george weah name and people will ask you to explain who he is. Samuel Etoo has won so many important trophies and awards for his country in africa and on the world stage which is fifa, that no player in the continent of africa is yet to achieve. For everyone sayin that George Weah is No 1 let me tell u something, a golden ball does not mean that he's the best of all time. It's just a sign of recognition and Eto'o did more than him. George is a very skillful player but has he won a single Champions League ? Has he won a CAN ? We are mostly based on the career achievements and Eto'o did better
