I love to add Mexican homemade rice to my tacos along with pico de gallo. I am now starving for fajita tacos.

Here is something I came up with. Company comes over and I don't have enough avocados to make a large enough batch of guaco..I had some cooked, soft left over brocolli left overs, I broke up the broc and incorporated in the with the mashed avocados..with the normal garlic, bit of lime juice...You could not tell..it was delicious and healthy!! Mahalo!!

Love Mexican food! I’m in the UK and we enjoy the restaurant Wahaca. Everything you make looks delicious, I’d like to try the spicy margarita but I’ve gotta correct you on the Orange Liqueur, it’s pronounced Kwontro in English - rather more Kwaan Tro in French!

Rub your cut lime over the cling wrap and then press the lime-y side against the guac and it'll stay green even longer! Everything looks delicious--thanks for sharing all your recipes!
