Your content is really good and the overall quality is probably one of the best.
With a few improvements, you'd be the best by far, and I'm sure you'll keep a lot more users engaged on every clip.
Can I suggest you these little changes ? at least try them out on a few clips and study the results.
- make pauses between sentences
- when you're pronouncing the words at the end of a sentence, don't lower your tone and don't rush to finish the question (keep the same tone and cadence).
- you have a tendency to mumble, I have it too. This combined with tech-speach is making people lose focus or lose interest as it's tiresome.

TL:DR: you have a very good grasp on the tech and it's easy to rush explaining it using tech-jargon, your explanation is not really beginner-friendly (although these are introductory subjects), the audience needs to have domain-specific knowledge to understand the jargon, all this combined with the native-mumbling and alternating tonality, makes the subject hard to grasp and the user will have to rewind a few times to understand the key concepts.

btw, your t-shirts are great :)
