the problem is foreigner or tourist cant do this. it's so hard to actiivate wechat payment since we need chinese bank account. which is super hard to get unless you are working there

i swear PIN security was there when i was in China.... not sure how she got it removed. sure was annoying entering pw everytime i had to pay something. i wonder if it has something to do with me having a big account. LMAO.
