Dear X Games, your experimental judging formats are officially a joke, and an insult to these riders who work so hard to be at your contests. You've let FIS become better than you at running freeski contests and that's saying something. Keep going this direction and X will lose its relevance in the sport. Bring back qualifications. Bring back scored judging based on a clearly defined system. Don't rush the contest for TV viewers. You're destroying a legendary contest with over two decades of history and it's not a good look. Props to all the athletes for throwing down.

The athletes are insanely skilled, but the judging criteria pushing spins over style take all the hype away. Switched off pretty quick but think "that grab" seemed to be the most common. SLVSH >>> X-games.

I really prefer the X games 10 years ago...
The spin-to-win completely leaves out the style and basically all the tricks were corks. And afterbangs surely are not part of this here.
