FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday. During his testimony, Wray urged senators to reauthorize Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA, which allows the government to conduct warrantless surveillance of foreigners outside the U.S. The provision is set to expire on Dec. 31.
