Fable Anniversary - Review

Fable Anniversary's personality has proved truly ageless, even if some of its mechanics haven't.

did she just say the very long and tedious arena level??? wow wtf that's the sickest level in that game, i used to always have a save point right before that level so i could replay it all the time.

Wow I remember that, after the wasp I used to wonder around and avoid the main quest as much as possible, so by the time I got to the main quest I was already rich, huge, had the Plate armor and really good weapons. It was always a delight to get to the arena and being so powerful. Does anyone remember how gems could literally make you millions? If you where really into the game you'll surely remember that. Everything about this game was so great, I don't remember other game other than the Witcher saga that had gotten me so engaged. So much nostalgia!! Too bad Peter ruined the franchise, I don't understand why he did that to his creation. In retrospective I think this is one of the best games I've ever played. I wanna play it again so badly!

Fable was such a classic. I remember when my brother and his friend came over with this game that they had heard so much about. They were disappointed but I loved it. The setting was amazing and the characters were also great, but the best part by far was the quests. They were so memorable and even though I haven't played it in like 7 years I can still remember most of the quests and their order. Fable 2 was almost as good but Fable 3 and the journey were awful. Fable wasn't the best RPG on the original xbox(KOTOR) but it was at least in the top 5. I'm so glad this anniversary was made

SERIOUSLY...Where do you fuckers come from...Do you not know what an HD remake is...Hate on Xbox as much as you want but their First party studios actually rebuild games. But IGN loves giving these games lower scores then what they gave the game when it first released...Making negative comments that shouldn't at all apply.

If you think I'm just a "Hipster" then go watch "Pokemon Soul Silver/Heart Gold review" or "Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary"...They seriously need to start laying off these people or keep them away from reviews because they don't have a single logical bone in their entire body.

Fable 1 is the best game Ive ever played. Im too scared to play the remake, cause it might not be as good as I remember it to be. ^^

I love the way microsoft remakes games! Instead of just re-releasing them them re paint everything! Love it!

Despite a lot of people saying how much they hated Fable 2 & 3 I loved them. And really wish they would make a Fable 4, or reboot the series or something. Fable Anniversary looks good, but I don't think I'd really care to play it again.
