I'm taking a Database Management class and they have us use a SQL Server guide that walks us through an installation just like you have in the video. However, they have us download the SQL Server Express. That has a very limited feature selection option. For instance "Integration Services" are specified in the textbook, but not available in the Express download. Is there a way to get this feature elsewhere? The Microsoft site has some IS features, but they seem to be very application specific: e.g. Azur, Oracle etc.

When I try this method in my SQL 2019 environment creating a named instance I call the setup exe against the config file I get a SQL server setup popup with a red cross but no message. I've tried toggling the config file to display a UI and set silent install to false yet it fails to run. If I run the setup.exe I'm able to run the installer successfully.
Even tried running as admin to no avail. Any suggestions please?

I did exactly as you did and I got a box prompting me to click run for starting setup. Can you explain that?
