For short context why this works, he is making the join a ball join similar to how Gundam figures kits are put together. When you have a ball joint it is easier to pose the figure how you want.

Fun fact: hasbro has people that make the molds have a extra piece for "stability" reasons and one exemple is ss gamer edition megatron where he had a extra piece on his legs and they basically couldn't move but if you cut that piece you could move the legs to there maximum

Can you make a video on how to get shoulders back into place? Accidentally took out the whole butterfly joint and I did get it back in, I feel like it wasn't done correctly. The mushroom peg that swivels the shoulder kept flexing and I had to push uber hard to get it back in even with hot water. Is there an easier way?

Only thing to note is that you shouldn't use boiling water
Just plain warm water
