these are not bootlegs, the chinese make extra stuff of everything, these figures are factory rejects and overstock that they sell online on aliexpress and such, i bought this one and came perfect and all joints work

All figures have the same problem, but the articulation is there

Most probably the same glue use to stick together the body leak onto the butterfly joint and glue both together, a friend of mine was able to fix his left butterfly but not even him knows how he did it

Leave spiderman in vehicle for fews days with windows up. Let the plastic get warm and soft and wiggle the joints a little every day til it's good.

I got mine a bootleg, first i was disappointment but then the more i play and pose, I became amazed of how solid the bootleg is and I stopped complaining.

Honestly the bootlegs have potential to expand more than just a copy and try to add something that the original couldnt. Even I would custom paint it

I guess it has extra rubber nubs that has not properly trimed before sealing the whole torso

To be honest, it doesn't even look like a bootleg. I have the real one and it looks the same. I think yours might be a factory reject because those get sold on like aliexpress but thats even better since its legit.

I have the non symbiote one and i have the same thing but only on the right butterfly joint. Also hearing these are just factory rejects and thats quite cool tbh. If i can fix it then ill have basically gotten a marvel legends spiderman with one of the top molds for 12 quid lol
