I made Mt kids help me clean out vam oit after watching this and they didn't even complain!! I never ask them to help bc I don't want to deal with whining and complaining (they are 6.5 twins and 8) but they worked hard and it looks soooo good now!!

What a great idea to have them clean the van since you’re right, it’s 100% they’re mess! I can’t wait til my kiddos are old enough to do some of these chores!

Thank you so much! I spent a whole day working on ours, and you were a springboard. The missing link I had was how to start. And how to assign them. But I got that figured out

Thank you for sharing. Life will be much easier for them as adults. They won't be so overwhelmed. Im going to have to learn with my kids to be honest. All kids are so different. My youngest is seven and always wants to help with whatever you're doing. He loves being active. He asks to mow the lawn. A friend gave us an electric mower that is really small that he can do all by himself. It's such a confidence booster for kids to be helping like that and it really is helpful for us. My oldest is 10. He absolutely wants nothing to do with helping. But if you include him in brainstorming a chore list he's excited to do them. As soon as we started talking about a chore list my youngest hated the thought of it 😆.

I love it when it's ok to Monday and Nusayba told him that it's not the same thing about my family.

Love this! Thank you for all of the ideas! One thing I have on my kiddos’ chore list is to flip their dirty clothes because I was so tired of having to flip everything 😂

Oh my goodness yes! To all the reasons why we have our kids to chores! And then the three year old lays on the floor crying when they’re supposed to be cleaning up toys and you’re SURE they’ll never be a responsible, independent, helpful adult. EVER. 😫😂
