How to speak louder without sounding arrogant

If you talk louder without injecting melody into your voice, it can sometimes come across as arrogance.

By adding melody to your communication, it makes what you say come across more palatable whilst still conveying authority with more volume in your voice!

I use this as a teacher. I always have to talk loudly so everyone can hear me and it's friendly with melody, but once I take the melody away my students know that I am pissed and they start behaving better

Inflection. I learned this in customer service. When you gotta give bad news, always use inflections on your voice to sound more comforting and still with authority
