Yummiest Chocolate Filled Cookies!
Must try out!

Ingredients 🌸
1/4 cup + 1tbsp Butter ( room temperature )
4 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Sugar
Few drops of Vanilla Essence
1/2 Egg ( room temperature )
3/4 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Chocolate Chunks
Chocolate for filling

- Take a bowl and add butter , sugar and vanilla essence!
- ⁠Mix until it gets creamy texture then add egg! And mix well!
- ⁠Then add dry ingredients and mix gradually!
- ⁠Then add chocolate chunks and mix gently!
- ⁠Freeze it for 8 to 10 minutes!
- ⁠After 10 minutes add chocolate in centre and make small balls!
- ⁠Bake this at 180C in a preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes!

Serve with coffee and love!
