मद्यं मांसं तु लशुनं पलाण्डु शिग्रुमेव च।
श्लेष्मान्तकं विडवराहं भक्षणे वर्जयेत्ततः ॥ ४३ ॥

A person wearing Rudraksa beads, shall not eat meat, garlic, onion, red garlic, potherb, glutinous fruits, pig of rubbish and wine.

Isha foundation and Sadhguru themselves accept that they dont follow our scriptures of sanatan dharm... Better follow our scriptures 🙂

I believe rudraksh after doing the process when. You wear it, then it contains your energy so you should at your behaviour and practice meditation for its benefits and I eat non veg but to all who are saying that we are offering non veg to goddess and god lemme tell you that mostly it is not for them specially them in their main form like shiv maa parvati and many more it is for the ganas that comes with them the word ganas means the spirits which are not human spirits but different demon type do to keep them away while calling for our god people perform the bali pratha of animals and offer them to that ganas but without any reason people think that its ror the gods but yes forms like kaalbhairav drinks and eat and other forms of devi then that mostly includes in tamsik pooja and tantra ...
