I am from Haryana and we have planted 70+ trees 🌳🌳 near our house🏠 in our field....we feel fresh cold air also in summer in night time when we open window of our is not fake. we have planted different kind of friuts trees like ❤🌳mango sweet lemon, orange, guava, banana etc.... respect button for nature❤🙏🏻

One correction, all vegetarians can naturally fulfill their b12 requirement by just drinking milk and other daily products. Just 250ml of milk contains 1.2mg of b12

There is everything in vegetarian diet not vegan. Ayurveda says Desi cow milk is Amrita.

1. Vitamin b12 - milk
2. Omega 3 fatty acid- soyabean, spinach, flax seed, chia seeds, walnuts and kidney beans
3. Zinc - legumes like lentils and chickpeas, nuts and seeds (especially pumpkin seeds and cashews), whole grains, tofu, and mushrooms(kidney beans, almonds, tofu, mushrooms, spinach)
4. Calcium- Dairy, tofu, nuts, spinach
5. Creatine - pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, walnuts, almonds, spinach, and spirulina
6. Carnosine - small amount in milk
7. Taurine - Dairy products (yogurt)
