Amchitka

Come ride along as I take you on a dirt bike tour of Amchitka island. Alaska Maritime National Wildlife refuge and former defense site, Amchitka has a storied past. WW2 was just the start here as the 20th century closed out with a bang, 3 of them, as the Department of Defense and Atomic Energy Commission detonated nuclear bombs far below the surface.
