How To Access/SSH Into AWS EC2 Instance From Browser

One thing I always saw data scientists stumble over was getting access to EC2 instances in AWS. Especially in a training/classroom setting, invariably several people would have issues with
1) PEM file permissions (oh you didn't realize chmod 400 was a pre-req for backpropagation and gradient descent?
2) installing ssh client on windows
3) using the command line in general

With GCP, as I recall, there was always a browser-based CLI option. Evidently AWS has one as well, now. I might be the last to know, but I think this is great. At least for training sessions where you're provisioning EC2 instances, this will save some time.
