One of the issues with buying used or even pre-owned new snap-on tools and matco tools is you definitely get them for cheaper but you now have no warranty

100% true I use ebay all the time to buy tools. I got the Snap On 40pc 1/4 socket set for like $220 shipped. Thats an absolute steal a few months back.

Good advice, I go to a tool fair/market a few times a year and deal with a guy who clears out ex dealers. I managed to help him out a few years back with a lot of stock at good money so he treats me great. Only buy new if it's your last option and you're up schitts creek
