Best set list ever. Very rare tunes performed live. Some hiss is present but supposedly comes from the taper. Exodus cut tape ran out.

I was there. They announced at beginning that Bob would do an extra long show cause the opening act (The Impressions?) was stuck in NY for some reason. Turned into a beautiful day.
- Stephen Crafts
I was there. I stood on someone's cooler so I could take some photos through the clouds of herbifumerous smoke.

Bunch of us from Berlin & Hudson Mass at show. just in front of board. I am one talking to taper. The bottles yah hear clanking are miller bar bottles in a foam cooler being broke by a neighbor dancing into it. Band's Bus was late they were pulled over coming up from NYC. so we had xtra time to light it up.. great place natural bowl. stage at bottom with pavilion up top.

My friends and I were up near the stage and amazed at how long Marley and the band played. He was shirtless and it was about 98 degrees out, but he didn't seem to mind as he just kept playing. The heavens opened up and gave us a torrential downpour just after the concert ended; I've always thought the rain seemed symbolic of the cleansing the concert gave us.

I worked & lived at Music Inn, amazing place with an amazing history, I could go on. The first rows were populated mostly by more Rasta Jamaicans than I'd ever seen in my life at that point, all in their Sunday best. The sun was shining (they played until after dark). Heavy ganja in the air. This was more than a concert, felt like more of a ceremony. As I remember he had his eyes closed when facing the audience during this concert that seemed to go on forever and some guy in a suit came out and led him off the stage at the end, I thought it was a manager worried Bob was overdoing it. There is an anecdotal story of BM&CO. playing soccer in a local apple orchard before the concert in a game where the goals kept shifting between different apple trees. Proud to have been part of the audience in this historic concert, wish I could remember more.

The best show I will ever see, at the most perfect venue. It had been raining until just before show time... and then the sun came out. A big cloud of smoke spiraled up from backstage, then Sun Is Shining. "Transcendent" is about the only word for this experience. Extraordinary.
