You can write an equation of a line using point slope form. Point slope form equals y-y1 = m(x-x1)
Point slope form is helpful when you know the slope and a point on the line and want to find other points.
The x1, y1 = is a point
m = the slope

Wait, isn't it -11 for the Y since y - (+11) = 5(x - (-2)) <----is----> y - 11 = 5 (x+ 2)?
