That is something I have long felt. It's as if she is reading to you in a song. Picture a great reading vocal voice, let's say James Earl Jones. So when he talks to you or reads to you, you hear every word. You feel every word. So the vocal equivalent of that skill is Karen's voice. Every word and note is heard and felt deeply and emotionally. Solitaire shows her voice off magnificently. But the song NOW packs even more of an emotional punch.
