Thank you for posting this. Just accepted a job on a ortho/neuro surgical unit and I was sort of apprehensive. This video made me gave me a better idea and I feel much better!

This was very helpful! I just accepted a new grad residency program on the Ortho/Spine floor and was a little nervous for what my job duties were going to be like.
I am also looking into the Ortho Strong series as I think that will be super helpful as a new grad going into my first nursing job!
