In this much anticipated sequel, I risk my training for Leadville 100 ultramarathon. But first, I do a speed workout, climb Laws Pass on the High Lonesome 100 course, and journey back to the east coast to pace Victor in the Jigger Johnson 100.... but does this jeopardize the work I've done for this 100 mile trail ultra marathon?

And will the BAA find out that I'm landing in Boston????? 🦄 Long Live the BAA

Was Tracksmith really closed? I thought they didn’t take days off.

I was laughing so hard when you said it’s not as hard as Harlem hill. 🤣

The jumping up and down before reps is to ensure yesterdays lunch is properly secured. After the coffee and running uphill you can never be too careful.

You about made me cry telling Eva you loved her. But then an immediate laugh out loud with the coffee mug falling off the dashboard.

I was completely expecting that gray Jeep at 4:35 to be the BAA goons trying to take you out.😂

JIGGER JOHNSON!! Aw man, I missed you- volunteered for that last year, but volunteered for the VT 100 this year! Jigger is absolute BRUTALITY. 75 miles of that is an incredible accomplishment, congrats to him. Glad the BAA wasn't waiting for you!

I think they only cliche missing was the arrival at the trail head footage and the open trunk full of brand new shoes to decide which pair of supplied shoes will get the nod for the workout.

Polka music definitely makes you look faster.

You've learned from the Strava tax and added that :01 to the video length. If i can see you, the BAA can see you.

Did jumping before the workout help? I only do it before races, but I could be influenced to do it more if you have the data to support it

A serious runner doesn't say "keep going" but "kipchoging"...

Now that you're a trail runner (welcome) do they still let you wear Tracksmith?

Which track music did you use for the re enactment of the reps? Hill music?

Honestly can’t tell what’s real and what’s not real in this video 😂

Re-enactments of reps, coffee making, vert trail running, DWV with coffee on the dashboard (or not😂)—reminiscent of a certain formerly popular yet controversial influencer. No eggs while driving, thankfully. So it was YOU behind that massive outage!😮

Please tell me you don't actually drink coffee!
