Hi, is this portable? Optus website says I can’t get 4g or 5g modem at my address even though we’ve got amazing 4g signal.
I’m just wondering if I could set this up under a different adddress and then take to my house to test?

I’ve been loving mine. Had for over a year and never had an issue, it just works. Excellent speeds most of the time, if it’s slow, just turn it off, unplug it for 10 seconds, plug it back in, turn it on and it’s back working great.

There is the app, but I wish the router was a little more configurable

But the portability of this thing, I mean in the sense of being able to take it anywhere and have great internet, it’s excellent.

Is 4G any good for gaming? I'm moving into my dads granny flat, can't pick up his NBN wifi, so looking into optus 4G home internet but my son is a gamer and want to know if his gaming will be effected at all?

Optus 4G internet is complete rubbish. 4 months of tower upgrades and it is completely screwed. Dropping out every 10-15 minutes during the day and lucky to get 2 hour’s between 12am and 4 am.
