Cheers. Mine was the Left trigg. You can actually see theres a gap between the L2 and L1 compared to the righthand side. Pulled it up, heard a click. Can see the gap

Definitely works I bought a refurbished controller off Amazon prime and I thought the controller was broke I was getting ready to take apart the controller Then I found This Video I pulled the back button up L2 To be exact it made a snap sound . Just press the ps menu and then go to the controller icon and press on ur controller, then turn it off. Then Turn it back on and it works

I think this does the same if the cable connecting the l1 l2 and r1 r2 buttons are taken out but if anyone has experienced that before and fixed the problem I’d love to know because my triggers aren’t stuck and that’s the only other conclusion I’m jumping to

I have the same issue with mine. Whats funny is that if you turn off your controller then turn it back on it also works.
