Stream sniping doesn't break ToS. That's a lawsuit. Like a legit lawsuit and can even break the business. Too bad people don't have lawyers for this shit. That was a discriminatory ban, they still haven't changed their ToS on this. They also have to give a minimum of 14day notice when changing rules to consumers.
