Paul - do you have any tips or advices on how to practice and play the section from 4:21 to 4:30? I'm always having trouble with controlling my fourth and middle fingers

I was introduced to the Nocturnes back in the 1960s when in high school. I don't play piano, but these beautiful pieces by Chopin have been a source of meditation and peace for me for years. They are like bells. I also like the Rachmaninov (sp?) Preludes. Thank you for sharing your piano.

Of all Chopin pieces the way this one builds up to a resolution is breathtaking... ever since I heard it...

I always feel inevitability on that ending. No matter how strong you'd pull... toward either high or low notes... they will all exist in their time, and perish.

And that last gasp of calmness at the very end... the indication that, inevitability is balance... and surrendering to the passing of time it's good too.
