I was tasked to fix this pot bound Aloe. With so many offsets, this Aloe needs more space to grow properly. Join me as I divide and repot this (possibly) Aloe vera var. chinensis into several big and small pots.

I love separating aloes, it's so relaxing. Thanks for the video.

Me: that aloe has too many pups, I should do something about it -- then proceeds to ignore it for another year.

Way to get the maintenance done, Anna!

Great video Anna! Sometimes I add to much inorganic to my aloes and gasteria soil. Great to hear what you use and that they can handle richer soil! Keep up the good work! 🌵💚

I would have never thought you could break a cluster like that apart!!!
I've got a similar plant I'm going to try now myself.
Great info, as always.
Thanks! Zk

I was going to say var. chinensis. They were bred to pup like mad so that people could cut readily cut from them. I have given away hundreds of them. I have 2 left that have actually gotten sizeable... But I am constantly de-pupping them because they will take over.

Im sorry to put this question here, but since its your newest video I hope you will see it this way. As Ive noticed you are great with cactus. Can a cactus hurt another cactus with its needles? I mean if for example if the cactus gets to big and growth so needles poke its neighbor? could this cause damage? My cactus has this or it has some disease cuz I noticed like white mucus or something on my cactus which I cant really explain. I read if its some kind of fungus I should be able to clean it off, but I find this kinda hard. I know its hard to maybe know what it is with just my words like this. Wish I could show you a foto. Maybe Ill upload a video to my youtube and you could check. sincerely best wishes, DL
