For you, this means wanting to become fluent in English.

To reach that high level that you've always wanted.

The bad news is that most fail. Only 8% of people achieve their new year goals.

But there are things that you can do. In fact, the most important thing is this: to really want it.

To feel excited about achieving your goal. To be fired up about becoming fluent. To be obsessed.

That is what is going to drive you forward.

And don't make the mistake of choosing a goal that isn't a little bit scary. Set a goal that excites you. One that really makes you motivated. One that will mean you changing as a person.

Other tips to help you reach your goal of English fluency:

1. Research what you need to do and make this specific to you.
2. Believe that you can do this
3. Focus on the most effective ways to progress
4. Enjoy the journey

My goal this year is to find a new job because my last company has dismissed 20% of employees. Unfortunately, I lost my job.
I leave near from Switzerland and Germany. Therefore, if one wants a job here, it's necesary to be fluent in German and in English.
I speak German very well and I want to speak English very well too. Every day I spend hours and hours learning this beautiful language. I do exercices with a great website (1 lesson = 2 hours) but, more especially, I speak and think with myself the whole day. I'm not a crazy woman, . The only most important way to speak fluent, is to practice daily, It must become a habit. I look forward to seeing your videos.
