I'm recently retired LE in CT, but I think most Cops would consider the scooter to fall under Moped rules. You would need a driver's license and should obey traffic laws - and most importantly, do not draw attention to yourself. Another good vid Tucker. I'm a longtime watcher, commercial fixed wing pilot as well, and I would love to try para-flying. It seems like a very intimate form of aviation, and it's been one of my interests for awhile..
