I wish I could pop my own elbow. I have EDS and sometimes it feels like it needs to crack to get back into position after it subluxes slightly. I can do it with my fingers, wrists, shoulders, neck, ankles & toes but can’t do my knees or my elbows unless I slam them into a kitchen cupboard 😂😂

I recently had a twisting injury in my elbow and wrist I guess and after that I feel slight locking and sound in my forearm ( not sure if it's from elbow or wrist) whenever I rotate my wrist in direction same as in the video ( supination), the sound and locking is more prominent if i clench my fist.

Can you please tell me why it's happening and what's the cure

@Dr. Jimmy Sayegh  Good day Dr. My right wrist all the way to the elbow was fractured when I was in gradeschool. In my college time I'm having a hard time doing a proper elbow rotation making it hard for me to do a bicep curl on a proper angle. Will this still be able to recover if I do a ciro treatment?
