No i dont believe they do, because Davian Thule was captain of the 4th Company before he was wounded and placed into a Dreadnought, after which the Force Commander took over the company, so my guess is while the Dreadnoughts are titled in the manner of which when they were wounded, they lose any commands they might have been holding at the time.

i like how the dreadgnouth are the most respect a honorable of their kind, the scribe have 0 doubt to trust Thule having a unknow traitor in their ranks, their know that a dreadgnouth are no easily corrupter

Iron Hands are the exception, since they have a colossal hardon for machinery. Although if I recall correctly, it's common for chaplains to continue their services when dreadnought-ized.
