Rehearsing the same dance 13 years apart: in 2011 and 2024 🩰
This dance was originally choreographed by me in 2011 and never performed until this year when I updated it to work with my 33 year-old body and limitations due to injury. These parts of the choreography are pretty much the same but about 1/3 of the whole dance was changed from the original version. This dance has been in my mind for years with the only video of it prior to this year being one I filmed in 2011 in a racquetball court at college (top video). I’m so glad it finally had its moment to be shown on stage ❤️
