Chili's Texas Fries (Copycat Recipe) - Feasts by Zer

These Mexican-Style Texas Cheese Fries are one of our most favorite appetizers Copycat recipes from Chili’s! if you like loaded fries, you’ll love Chili loaded fries topped with double cheese.

For the fries:
1/ 3 large potatoes
2/ 1tsp salt/pepper
3/ 1tbsp mustard sauce
4/ 2tbsp oil

For the chili topping:
1/ 1 onion
2/ 1 small tomato
3/ 4 cloves garlic
4/ 2tbsp oil
5/ 500g minced beef
6/ 1tbsp mustard sauce
7/ 100g tomato paste
8/ spices: (1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 1tsp cumin seeds, 1/2tsp red chili powder, 1/2tsp crushed chili, 1tbsp coriander powder, 1tbsp oregano & 1 chicken stock cube).

For cheese topping:
1/ 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
2/ 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese
3/ jalapeños
