Score one for this Anxious Preoccupied! After doing six hours of apartment clean out of all her old crap she left behind, I decided to treat myself with a trip to McD's. I was thinking wouldn't it suck if she came in while I was sitting there eating? Well as I turned the corner who did I see sitting on a bench just outside? My ex. I didn't collapse I didn't beg it didn't brighten my day at all. And I just kept walking. I imagine I'm going to get some kind of message soon seeing as how this week is her 40th birthday and I will not be contacting her. We were together for 23 years and it has been 24 days of silence and counting.
