Here in California, we also have “sun sleeves”, which are quite handy - they shade you from the hot sun while allowing air flow. I was really confused pulling the left one on (had the “L” tag, don’t have you know), then went to pull on the other one only to discover it TOO had an “L” tag! They had sold me a mismatched pair. My wife’s pair was in even worse shape, as she was sold two middle arms, as indicated by the “M” tag. No idea how you’re supposed to wear those.

You crack me up. I especially like that you put the left arm warmer on your right arm... I didn't know the UK was in the southern hemisphere 😂

Very good! I think that it a great idea to use them leg and arm warmers we ride until there is ice. I think the added protection to the knee is most important in cooler weather and great as an add on in the very cold like jaynarque.

Julian! Thanks for the laughs. "Good idea to start with the hand and not the shoulder!" "Start with the wider part and not the narrower end." LOL.

LMAO at Wellington Warmers!
Can you get some with a bit of string holding the pair together like my mum used to put on my gloves and then thread them through the sleeves of my duffel coat? I think that would be a very handy addition to stop one getting lost and to keep matching pairs together. Maybe Rapha do them...
The Unknown World? That's down the A30 just past Redruth at a place called Camborne. Drink their own bathwater they do down there. Ask the time and you'll get the answer "1974 mate..."

Anyone who hasn't punched themselves in the face putting on arm warmers in a hurry is not a cyclist

But if you are in the Southern Hemisphere don’t you have to wear them upside down so it looks ok when you are riding?

Welly warmers! Never had any but now instructed how to use them I might give them a try. Looks like the tolerance for Tory politicians has worn a bit thin!

I just don't pull the warmers on my arms, I roll them up like ladies do roll up their nylon stockings. Enjoy your distance! 😉

Thanks for simply and factually breaking down this complex process. For the next video, can you lead us through how to blink whilst cycling. Or applying butt butter. No. Wait!!! Stick to blinking for the love of god!!!
